How many times have you been in a situation when someone said that they would do something…and they never followed through on it.
Have you ever wondered why this happens…and especially what you can do about it?
Well…surprising to most people…one of the main reasons this happens is because the people that have a tendency to not follow through on what they said they would do…is because they worry so much about what others think about them that they will just tell you anything to (as I like to say) “save face”…and in the process will tell you what they think you want to hear. And along with this many of these people are falling for what I call the “People Pleasing Syndrome”
As a result people won’t be truthful in many cases.
